Poop Squad

Multiple no shows. We have cameras all around my house, a lot of times they just peeked over my gate and left. I have 2 German shepherds and a beagle so my yard gets full of waste. Got to the point I got tired of calling them to correct a service that I’m paying for, plus when you call they don’t really care and won’t correct it anyway. They left a bag full of waste in my yard twice. Haven’t seen them all week. Got to the point my mowers started saying something. I’m canceling my service today. Do NOT use this service, you’ll just be giving them money for nothing. Honestly, it would be less annoying to just make the time to do it myself.

I had them do a one time cleaning/yard deodorizer a couple months ago. I reached out to have it done again recently. They sent me an estimate, I approved it immediately, then I never heard anything back. I emailed them to check on it to see if they could confirm the date I needed the cleaning - no response. I then called and talked to someone that took my information and said it would get to the right people and someone would get back to me asap - I still have not heard anything. It’s coming up on the day I need the cleaning in two days and I guess they will not be getting my business since I cannot get ahold of them. It’s a shame. I would have been a good repeat customer as we have three dogs.

We are very thankful for the team at The Poop Squad. They do a great job and are very affordable! Our girl doesn’t like that her poop gets taken away, but we do!

I started this service on 1/21/25 and the very first service I received they didn’t complete the work properly and missed some spots in the yard. I called the same day, on 1/22/25, and again on 1/23/25 with no response from anyone about the incomplete service. The customer service of the agents on the phone are great but who ever is the “supervisor” or “manager” of the locations is horrible at responding. I will be canceling and going to a different company.

I am honestly surprised this company has so many 5 star reviews. I started using them a few weeks ago, and the first visit I had no issues. My yard was clean, they shut my back gate when they were done, and they left me a note stating that they had serviced my house. They were set to pick up once a week. The next week, I had no indication that they have visited. My gate was left open, no note was left on my porch, there was still poop in my back yard, and there were no ring alerts on my alarm system. So by all accounts, it seemed like they didn’t visit my house, but I was still invoiced. I emailed and asked, and got ghosted. I am not a fan of being ghosted by a company that I am paying. I canceled and the person who responded to my email was pretty rude. Never. Again.
