Derby City Poop Scoop is amazing! We have been using them for over 3 years and have had zero issues. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny. I have never used a service that is so reliable and transparent if there is an unexpected delay. They have saved my family from so many fights over whose turn it is. I will never go back to doing it myself.

Careful using this company. When a lazy scooper shows up and doesn't like to work, they call animal control!! Luckily when animal control showed up, they found the complaint baseless and petty. If this is how business is conducted, use a different company. Making fasle accusations, having no proof just to cause a client an issue is unprofessional and childish. When I have to show vet records because someone makes a false claim it really puts me on the defense side of things. Please consider an alternative company to protect your furry family members!

So far, the experience has been amazing. We had a wonderful technician who did an excellent job, and she even left treats for all our dogs. The price for the service was great. We plan to continue using their services in the long run!

I have been with Derby City Poop Scoop for about two years and we love their service. We have three dogs that we love and they can be a lot to take care of but Derby City comes over weekly to eliminate the waste. Derby City personnel are friendly, dependable and thoroughly get the job done! Also, my yard is a nice size where the dogs run but Derby City Poop Scoop price is right!!
