The Scoop Hero team is always extremely professional, quick, and so easy to communicate with. Their service takes one daunting chore off of my households plate and I’m so grateful for it! They’re flexible, affordable, and always treat my pets with love and care. After every service they leave treats for my pups too! The owner Saul is wonderful and so kind! Tri Cities is lucky to have this wonderful service for the community! Highly recommend!

We have used our services for a little over a month now, and I could not be more pleased. We are always notified the day before our service is due, then notified again the day of the service before the technician comes. After they've completed the cleanup, we get another notification that the that the cleanup is finished. They also have an excellent portal that lets you view all of your invoices so that you can make sure that they're accurate. The price is extremely reasonable for the service performed. The real customer, our dogs really appreciate the treats they leave every week. Highly recommend Sean and his service. You Will be satisfied I'm sure! 😁

A few weeks ago I saw their company car driving around town and realized I needed this service…bad. It was so simple to send the inquiry and Saul got right back to me, asking about the needs of the job and how he recommended upkeep. He got me booked and when they came to do the initial (major) cleanup, I was impressed!!! In the cold of winter, they got my yard finally free of too much doo doo. True heroes 😃 And the best part I didn’t know about is they leave dog bone(s) for your pups every time!

Saul and his team are amazing! They are incredibly professional, reliable and accommodating. I get a weekly service for my two dogs and wish I had started services with them sooner! I highly recommend scoop hero!!

Saul and team are great. They initially cleaned up the "poo-pocalypse" that was happening and pup-kept my yard all year long. They take their clean up doo-ties seriously and I enjoy the reminder texts each week along with the ETA texts. The price is paws-itively unbeatable as well. My kid gets so happy everytime he sees the silly orange cars, "We scoop puppy poop." My dogs have a bone to pick each week after their poop is stolen, but the treats left make the fur-get about it. Here's a "round-of-a-paws" for this great team!
