The service was great! I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The packages are tailored to your needs and affordable. A representative from the company communicated with me the day prior to service and the day of service. I am very happy with the results! Definitely keeping their services.

They showed up on the first day and I met with the person. I explained to her that she would need to call me to get into the back yard so that I could make sure it was safe for her. She confirmed I wanted her to use the number I provided and I told her the door bell would not notify me. She proceeded to only use my door bell and would then leave without calling me or attempting to access the back yard. This company is impossible to get ahold of and is not worth th headache when a service is expected.

Really trying to get in contact with them! I’ve called the customer service line many times and “emails have been sent”. We had our home serviced once before during one of our moves. They continued to bill me and I couldn’t get in contact with any other than one of the workers who texted me once (that they were on their way). Long story short, I paid a balance from continued service that I tried canceling. My card has since expired and they have continued to bill me. They sent a balance of $27 to a collection agency. I paid that just to avoid the headache of what could happen. They are now trying to send another $27 bill to collections. I have called you guys, emailed, texted. You serviced us ONCE 2 years ago. STOP CHARGING ME. Call or email me to resolve this.

Love their service. Always gets the job done. No complaints either. I LOVE how they never forget to close the gate either. And great communication with customers.

Absolutely horrible! I called this company to start service, spent 20 minutes on the phone getting questions answered giving them my debit card information and scheduling an appointment. The following day when they did not show up, I checked my email and there was one email that just said “sorry we cannot make it to your house. We have a full schedule.” It was unclear if that email meant they could not take me on as a new customer or we just needed to reschedule. I emailed them back twice. Never heard a reply. I left them a voice message. Never got a call back , I hate that this company now has my bank account information and I cannot even get a hold of them to tell them I want nothing to do with them anymore and please delete my account!
