LawnDoodles Poop Scoopers

My wife and I started utilizing this service a little over a month ago and the owner stated he comes by our neighborhood on Tuesday. Well, he came one Tuesday and did a decent job, then did not communicate anything else after not coming the next Tuesday so my wife had to text him and he rescheduled for a couple days later after us having to bother him to do his job. Fast forward no communication again, he reschedules after we text him and says he came today, yet my cameras show nobody stopped by today (neighbors also verified nobody came they also have cameras) and dry old dog poop was left in the yard clearly showing he did not come and definitely did not pick up poop. After we kindly asked to cancel and get a refund he offered “GPS” tracking that he was at our house… again, dry old dog poop in our yard and out cameras clearly showing nobody stopping by. Dishonest and not quality work. Would not recommend at all.

Show up sometimes. When they do show up, it’s a half ass job. Three dogs quarter of an acre and it takes him six minutes for one guy. That should give you an idea of how much poop they just leave behind. I’m tired of having to call them to come out and pick up the poop and to do a decent job. Video proof is available. I think I’m going to take this to small claims and show some video footage and get refunded a couple months at least.

Best customer service EVER! All team members were super nice and friendly. They had treats for when they would stop by and one of the dogs was out in the yard. They took the time to make friends with my dogs and always did a wonderful job cleaning up. I highly recommend this scooping service 😁

I attempted to switch to this company after having communication trouble with another company. I had the initial call, he collected my information, and said he’d get back to me Sunday to set up a time. It’s Thursday, and I haven’t heard from him. I hired a scooping company because I was tired of nagging my husband to scoop it. I’m not about to nag/remind a supposedly professional business I’m trying to pay to come scoop my yard. ETA: About a half hour after writing this review, a technician showed up at my house to scoop the poop. How this company works is someone needs to be home the first time to go over paperwork and such. Due to no communication, I was not home.

Mike and the team are great. They come rain or shine, and always leave a card on the porch to let you know they came. Highly recommend. Thanks to Mike and the team.
