The Tail's End

I have been using The Tails End to pick up my large dog’s waste for close to 2 years due to a back injury that makes it difficult to walk around my yards safely now. They do a great job and have very friendly Customer Service. The Tails End is a locally owned and family run business that I am very grateful exists here in SW WA. They do very thorough work to clean up my back and front yards and are very reasonably priced. I am very happy to recommend The Tails End to other pet owners who love their pets and want to have their yards clean for both their pets use and for the people’s enjoyment too. If you find yourself unable to clean up your yard as I did, or cleaning up the 💩 is simply a task that you would like deligated to a regular pet waste clean up service, The Tails End is the company to call. 🐾♥️🐾. I had this service for a long time. Consistent. Great communication. I always forget to pay my invoice on time and they are always super nice and have been very great service providers. My dogs like to bark and act crazy and I have accidently let them out while they were servicing and the service providers are so kind and very professional. You may save a buck or 2 somewhere else, but this is an established business and they are all about customers. I have also moved and changed frequency and have had no issues

I’ll start by saying I was searching for a poo scooping service from being highly overwhelmed with a big move. I clicked on their company and received a text from a REAL person! There is no faster way to my praises than hearing from a real human being!! I wouldn’t be able to have my pups if it weren’t for this amazing service (Immunocompromised due to transplant). I’ve had Tail’s End doing my dirty work for a few years now and they always do a thorough job. They let you know before and after they’re done so you can know when it’s safe to let the dogs out and they even send a photo of the latched gate so you don’t have to worry. Price is great as well.

I met The Tail's End when the pooper scooper I hired went out of business. I was a little hesitant with the transition and did not know what to anticipate. What I had heard was that they were a well established business that wasn't going anywhere. I decided to give them a try. I have been pleasantly surprised with the result. They have been dependable, professional, and personable. In fact, the owner’s husband even texted to see if he needed to check another part of our property that may have not gotten cleaned up And was willing to come do it himself. Kimberly reached out to check on me during my difficult twin pregnancy and understood I was so nauseas to take care of our 3 dogs messes. The owner continued to stay in touch while I was in hospital for two months and afterwards with the service on hold and ready to resume when we returned with the dogs. Just a caring, thoughtful person not just business owner. They have communicated care for us in the quality service they provide, clear communication, and fantastic customer service.
