POOP 911

They were very good until they changed management. Then it became a very different place. They get a 2 because of past good work. It would be a 1 for the new management. They have horrible customer service skills; are inflexible; and their workers are afraid of dogs.

We have them for our HOA; service was fine before but new management is terrible. When new mgmt tok over they literally *forgot* to do our service for several weeks until we asked what was going on. The response we got back was "we're under new mgmt", "oh we're sorry for the lapse in service let us get you taken care of immediately". After that issue, we began noticing services were regularly being delivered partially. Poop would be collected but never refilled the bags (included in the service). After some more inquiries about qualit of service and never a response from a customer service POC, we then got an e-mail that they had a "sick day" so we wouldn't get service as regularly scheduled. They had the audacity to ask if we wanted to cancel service for the week. Customer service has finally reached out and has been less than impressive.

Made an appointment with them over a week ago they were supposed to come on Friday . TheY sent a message amd said they couldn't be there on March 28th 2025 no show. I got an email this morning that they will be under new management and will resume service to some areas on April 7th. HORRIBE COMPANY. I CANCELED MY SERVICE WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. The ask for a credit card when you sign up please beware.

We previously used another service and it was an awful experience. With that service, the people that came to our house were very strange (we even had one representative who sat in our driveway for hours one time and wouldn't leave, even when my husband asked him - and became combative when asked why he was sitting on his hood in our driveway for more than 2 hours). We immediately switched to POOP 911 and have been incredibly happy customers for many years now. The representatives are all pleasant and nice - I'm comfortable with them being on my property and feel like they've been well screened and selected. The owners are hands-on and very communicative - if there is bad weather that interferes with service, I can always expect an email notification early. There have been very few instances over the past several years when anything has ever interfered with our service, and if so I was always notified immediately and given make-up service as soon as possible. The service is great and they always do a thorough job on our yard. We moved from our home to a rental while we had a new home built on our lot and had no interruptions to our service when we notified them of the address changes and dates. They responded promptly and were incredibly pleasant. Billing has always been accurate and timely, and I always receive e-receipts. We are very happy and highly recommend POOP 911!

We love this service so much! With two dogs in a townhouse backyard, it can get out of hand quickly. Our yard is left spotless and the gate is always safely closed afterward. It’s very easy to contact the owner too. We’ve never had a billing issue after several years of service. Highly recommend!
