They clearly love what the do. My Westie was groomed to my request. They did an amazing job and it didn't take all day. They even take a cute picture.
Seems like she's a new customer every time she's groomed. Last time her tail wasn't even touched. This time her tail was almost bald it was so short. Apparently someone different grooms her each time. So inconsistent that I wish there was a picture on file of her so they'd refer to the picture instead of surprising me each time.
We take our dogs here. Staff is so kind and great with my dogs! They will even go out side to trim my boy dogs nails due to his afraid of everything and weight is over 100lbs lol
Awesome staff! Great grooming! And our doggie, who I might add is 75lbs thinks he was the king going here. He was pampered and loved on, and was able to take his security blanket aka dog bed and favorite toy for his stay. The staff kept us up to date on how he was doing and even did glamor shots of him. Absolutely would recommend this place again for our doggie. This will always be his home away from home.
They took wonderful care of our pets while we took a much needed break.
