Pooch Parlor

Scheduled appt for my dog a month out. Arrived 5 min early to drop her off, closed sign on the door...no note, sat in the driveway 20 minutes. Another customer arrived 5 min after me and waited also. He then walked I over to my car and told me that he had a vm from owner but couldn't retrieve it. He thought something might have happened. Hope was nothing serious but won't be rescheduling, not good business.

I brought both of my dogs in there today they both where pretty matted and PETCO had actually turned us down because they where “to matted” but the lady at the pooch parlor had no problem what so every doing it they where only 60$ a piece for the extra time when they are normally 50$ a piece so it was very cheap she also had excellent customer service we will now be going here to get our dogs groomed every time I very highly suggest bringing your dogs here they also both got bathed and there nails trimmed!!

I have been taking my standard poodle to the Pooch Parlor for years. They have always done a wonderful job. I have friends that have taken their dogs to other places around town that did a horrible job with them, and have way over charged! They are all now going to the Pooch Parlor. To comment on the other two posts, I wonder what kind of condition their dogs hair was in? I suspect it was matted and shaving the dog was the only option. I have seen some of the other dogs that have been there when I drop mine off and you would not believe the condition some of these dogs are in! Some of these people bring their dog in with hair matted to the skin and expect someone to just comb it out! Do you have any idea how much that will hurt the dog? She is not a magician!

They did an excellent job grooming our little Boston-Maltese mix and trimmed his hair just the way we wanted it. Very pleasant to work with. We will be back!

I took my dog here and what a mess I got back!! You could see visible razor marks, her fur was uneven in so many places it was rediculous. I highly recommend you not take your loved one here!
