All things said and done, no complaints and would recommend them to friends. I heard about these guys from a friend and figured I'd give it a try. I've got 2 dogs and they make it frustrating to mow my lawns most weeks. I always find more poop once I mow. I had them come the day before I mow my lawns and I'm thrilled that I didn't find any additional poops. They did a great job.
