Train Walk Poop

We put our pup Pluto in the 5-week boarding program and are so happy with the results! Our trainer Kristen was amazing and was so good with him. She sent us daily updates that we always looked forward to. We had a one-on-one training session with Pluto and Kristen every Friday which was super helpful. She is so knowledgable and taught us so much. We have seen so much improvement in his ability to calm down, leash manners, recall, and playing! 10/10 recommend.

I have a 1 year old soft coated wheaten terrier who was completely loveable and 100% out of control! My husband saw an add for Train Walk Poop and I made the call to set up an appointment. We met with Haley Bennett who immediately impressed us with her calm demeanor and knowledge of dogs. She thoroughly explained the Marvelous Mutt program and we were very interested. The cost is high and we weren't able to commit that day even though we wanted to. After a few days of reading reviews and talking through the financial aspect of the program, we decided to pull the trigger. Sophy, our wonderful pup is a different dog and in all of the good ways we were hoping for! Haley asked us what our top 4 behavioral concerns were and she worked a veritable miracle with our dog. Our 4 goals were: 1. Not jump on people 2. Proper leash behavior 3. No more nipping or biting 4. Being calm when being introduced to new people and/or dogs Sophy is now a dream to walk, very rarely gets so excited that she playfully nips, is still learning to not jump on people but definitely has been given a great foundation to start from and is much more calm when she is around other people. 10 out of 10 worth every penny!!! Each day that Sophy was at what we lovingly called "Doggy Boot Camp", Haley sent a report card with all of the training and experiences that Sophy was having as well as pictures throughout the day. The information was informative and fun and was usually the highlight of my day as I totally missed my baby! If you have an unruly dog, do not walk, RUN to Train Walk Poop to enroll them in Marvelous Mutts and ask for Haley to be your trainer as she has transformed our unruly pup into a well mannered and lovable dog that is a joy to be around!

We recently got a large dog named Beau. He's great but, he would get pretty fired up around other dogs. The shelter recommended TWP. We enrolled him in their 4 week course. It was a great decision. Hali, his trainer did a wonderful job not only with him but with us. She helped him learn how to meet other dogs, she did a lot obedience training, play training, and leash manners. She also sent super detailed reports and videos to detail his progress. In our in person sessions she helped us understand him and how he was processing things so we could structure our lives and our own training to help him thrive. It's really helped us to have a fun and rewarding relationship with our new pal.

This review is long overdue! My dog Billie is an absolute pleasure and joy in my life. I can confidently take her anywhere, knowing she'll handle any situation. She's confident and well mannered without being robotic – still a playful, spirited dog at heart. When she was a puppy I was not sure these days would ever come but TWP gave me the faith to trust the process. My dog is the perfect companion thanks to her training at Train Walk Poop. We started with their puppy scholar day training program, and each day she would come home and surprise us with new skills she'd learned. (And bonus she was to tired to do anything else) She genuinely loves going to daycare and seeing everyone there. Though she's graduated from the program 3 years ago now, she still occasionally visits for daycare (with refresher training sessions) and boarding, and she's always excited to go see her friends and is especially excited to see Haley at the front desk. Most recently she has received her Canine Good Citizen certificate thanks to her training over the years with expert trainer Hali. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

WE LOVE TWP!!!!! My dog Krew just turned one and he has been with train walk poop since I got him. We started off with the puppy scholar program which was awesome. He got comfortable in a crate, worked on basic commands and polite play. He continued on and is still enrolled in canine scholar. He is now focused on off leash e collar training. He has made so many fun furry and human friends. He absolutly loves going every day. I could not speak more highly of the TWP crew. We have gotten to know everyone really well and they are all rockstars!! Special shout out to trainers Kristen and Hali who have seen Krew thru all of his programs as well as Hayle and Kandrea :) The whole staff at TWP takes care of Krew as their own dog and I always know he is in great hands!
