Be careful with this company and watch your credit card. I signed up for the no obligations first cleaning and continued for an additional pick-up. I decided to cancel; just not worth it. I emailed this company twice to cancel--NO response. I called and left a message. Only after the tech showed up, and I turned him away, did a lady call me back telling me that they're going to charge for the initial visit. So much for No obligation. I am searching their website and can find no reference to his charge-back. THE KICKER: they just billed my credit card $99 for the cleaning rather than $12. I'll update this if I ever hear from them. And my bank will take care of their ridiculous charge.
