DoodyCalls of Tyler, TX

Honestly, I was excited to have this company come by and take care of the Doody. The services I choose was for poo pick up, and the yard smell good stuff. First I want to say, I am very disappointed in the services. They came by one time (I cancelled a couple days after the service) The one time (the first time, the only time) they did not knock or anything. Did not introduce themselves. And honestly this is discouraging, because without my ring camera I would have never know they were here. Again, this is my first interaction (lack thereof) with this company being on our property. Pictured is the attendant leaving. Also, this attendant, per footage, was not here no more than 8 minutes. As you can see I also attached photos of a few of the many aged poo that was missed, along with the time showing the photo was taken shortly after the person came to "clean". I had no clue anyone was here, the yard was still poop, I message Dave, to see if they came by, and also you can tell by the time stamps as well, and he did confirm they came and left at 2:15pm. I asked him if any one came by after seeing poop piles that had been missed. Also, please note, we have a very small fenced in back yard, no more than 20x30 feet. So it's not like the poo was hidden some where or out of the way, or even out of sight. Further more, outside of the missed poo piles, there was no smell good stuff. I could not smell nothing but yet billed for the smell good. Anyway. I was disappointed and here to tell others, so they could know what to expect as far as not being introduced or anything.

I have DoodyCalls come once a week to pick up my dog’s waste. They come when they say they will. They pick up the waste and place it in a trash bag by my garage door. No fuss…no muss. I’m very satisfied with the service I’m receiving.

Services always great. People are always friendly. Saves me time and money. I love it. I keep my yard nice and clean!
