Joe is a very kind person who took care of the junk we had. He is a dedicated person. If he cannot make it on the day we set up he keeps in contact and offered to give my deposit back. Although weather played a factor of schedule he still offered to refund even though weather was impacting his schedule. I really liked that he came to my home in order to discuss possiblity of refund or reschedule. Main thing besides his service he communicated with me. I will recommend him to people who needs junk removal.
