The Scoop Service

I have loved having this service. We have very funny dogs. We love them and they are quite frankly our family members. As we are part of their pack. (Pack leadership is still being tested, lol) Nevertheless the most challenging thing for our busy home is the poop removal in our backyard. It just got out of hand. No one in our family was thrilled to do it, and then to our shame, it was not done regularly. I don’t know if anyone can relate…. But it got to the point that I did not want to go into my backyard in fear of standing on a land mine. Fortunately, I saw a sign on my way to HEB! These fearless individuals come twice a week, always- freezing weather or beating Sun- and puck up the mines for us. Keeping us safe! 😜. Well worth the money!

This was our first time to use any service like this and it has been the easiest process the response time is amazing and they are helpful when i had any changes or questions. Sammy was amazing and respectful so glad i went with this company !

We just had Carlos come to clean up our yard and it was an extremely smooth and great experience. What a professional gentleman. Very caring, patient and kind. Our dogs did not seem to have any issues with him at all and they even followed him around the yard just checking in on what he was doing. Dogs know good people, so thanks for the great service! It’s unfortunate that other service companies we’ve had here before ie.. pest control and a few others had the same level of kindness, compassion and care as these folks. We definitely recommend and we look forward to him coming back if that’s who they choose to send. Thanks guys! Sincerely a very satisfied customer.

excellent service, my yard is dog poop free! Sammy has scooped for us twice and does a great job.

This is the second time I have used the Scoop Service. I like that they let me know what time they will be arriving. Overall communication has been great.
