I get to enjoy my yard and my dog to the fullest, best service ever I highly recommend them

First week service wasn’t performed until I called and showed proof the gentleman walked into my yard and back out. Service days were changed without notice and when I called to voice concern about not knowing a scooper would be arriving in one hour a rude snotty woman cancelled my membership, hung up and won’t provide any proof my card was refunded. Reply to the response from owner: on 3/22 I booked the service and was instantly contacted that someone was available and would be there shortly. I waited from 11:15 until 7:10 before texting the owners. The reply was that my gate was locked but someone knocked. This is false information. With 4 dogs anyone who knocks is acknowledged. 3/28 was the first "true service" in which I watched the gentleman enter my side gate and leave within a 5 min time span. I have full windows in my backyard and never saw him enter past the initial side yard that is 100 ft of space that houses 2 trashcans ( I don't have a massive house). I called and the owner told me the gentleman would return. He was there 30 mins and left with 4 bags of poop - that is as expected for a first service. Had I not been home he would have gotten away with the poor service. Since then things have been as expected until 4/16 when I was texted my day changed from Fridays to Thursdays. This doesn't work well as I have 4 dogs that cannot be locked inside without access to the yard from the time I leave at 8am until I'm home about 9pm. The service time has been between 8-11am which we have made work with lunchtime schedules to stop by and open the doggy gate. I asked if I could change my day and was told no - I didn't argue or complain. Today, 5/22 I received a text at 5:45 that someone would be there between 7:45-8:45pm. I called and said "I am frustrated. No one is home, it's 5:45 and I can't make arrangements in the next 2 hours." The woman who I haven't previously spoken to said "it's what it is and we have never had any complaints." I laughed as I had to call out their staff member for poor service on day one. She said "just cancel." I confirmed "you would rather me cancel service than hear a customer's concern." She said yes and I laughed again out of shock she was so snotty and rude. I was never combative but to say NEVER has there been a complaint is so inaccurate. True customer service would say "we strive to do our best, sorry we failed" but in the reply below it shows their lack of accountability. Having a pooper scooper is a luxury and I suggest anyone looking to support a small business support a kid in the neighborhood not a rude LLC that would respond with such hostility.
