Poop Gone of The Charlotte Area

Employees are lazy. I have used this company for over a year. Very subpar. I have to text a random woman named Amy to get any customer service. I have given them exact areas to clean and still can’t get them to do the service I pay for. Today the technician showed up for a clean up. My security cameras show him walking to one side of my house and 30 secs walking back to his truck then leaving. I came home to a yard full of Poop. My 7 year old and I picked up at least two weeks of poop (keep in mind I’m paying for a weekly service). I text Aimee and her response was that they’re human and make mistakes. When I requested to cancel the services, she agreed to cancel my services but refused to refund me for the month that I just prepaid. Terrible customer service terrible work ethics do not use this company!!!!

I want to first start off with I think this is a great business! However, I chose to cancel my subscription with them due to their being breakdown of what’s I’m actually paying for! What started off as paying $13 per their sign ends up being $86 each week they come! I do not recall being told that the price will be this much upon speaking with the owner of the business! I also did not receive a itemized bill the entire time for what it is that they are charging for! I think everyone should be weary when signing up!

DO NOT USE! They do NOT pick up the dog poop like they claim. After multiple complaints over several months to the company and counting 33 missed piles of poop I requested my service to be cancelled. I even sent photos of the exact area that was missed each time. They stopped sending out someone BUT continued to charge us! And now they refuse to refund us just the month they didn’t show up.

Poop Gone has great communication to pre-alert us before they come out and always show up as planned. The teammates are friendly and they do a good job with great pricing! Definitely recommend!

We've had a great experience with Poop Gone for about a year now. They alert you each week or to showing up on your designated day. They are diligent and handle the job well. We would recommend Poop Gone to anyone.
