POOP 911 San Antonio

I was extremely impressed with how thorough this service was. It has been a looong time since we had cleaned up after our lab but they got every single piece except for one that looked like a rock so I understood how it got missed and was not mad at all. The price was great and our dog is much happier going to do his business now that he doesn't need to step carefully between pieces. Totally worth it!

They did a wonderful job. My yard is clean and fresh. I would recommend them to anyone with dogs.

Come to find out they were not even picking up all the poop. Not once did the come to door to discuss anything or talk about the backyard or if its inaccessible. There's NO!! communication what so ever. We paid 14.95 a week for just the back yard. When I went to mow the grass there was 20+ piles in the backyard with mildew and crusted white like its been sitting there a long time. Mind you we paid on time every week with automated payments. So basically they were picking up one pile if none at all and leaving but still charging every weeks to get their money. So if you do use these people, double check their work to make sure they are actually doing what you are paying for. We stopped business with them automatically. My husband called and left a voicemail on why we were canceling our service and not once did they respond back. Good Luck!

Super easy set up process. Signed up and paid online within five minutes. I’ve never personally met my technicians, but they come out every week like clockwork in my yard is clean. Will continue to use them as long as they’re in business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I noticed piles of poop in my yard and went back and checked the camera as I never go in the back yard. These folks haven’t showed up for over a month yet charged me every week. Finally got ahold of the owner who apologized and said she was having issues with the tech and she would come by herself the next day. She never showed. I called and she did show the next day. I requested a refund for 1 month which she still comes out ahead as the tech hadn’t been to my home in at least 7 weeks as evidence by the camera. Still havent received a refund. I’m petty and will take her to small claims over $100 even tho it will cost me $175. A loss for me is a win if they lose! Anyway, stay far away from this company. It’s bottom of the barrel.
