Person doesn't show up half the time. They miss my yard and the owners attitude seems to be "Oh well" we'll get it later. I've communicated with the Pete multiple times. I was assured by him that he would put in the extra effort to get my yard clean when he has sick calls. Never seems to happen.

Giving them 2 stars only because the tech was reliable and did a good job. That said, their service model is borderline a scam. They boast their “no contracts/no cancellation fee” extensively throughout their marketing and through the entire sign up process. Once enrolled, they pepper you with enrollment emails until you decide you no longer need to read them/you think you are all squared away. then hide a small section in one email stating if you cancel prior to 3 months they’ll charge you a 750% up-charge for your first complimentary service. I was charged $170 for a $20 service. I would be happy to retro pay what would have been owed for the initial service. But $170??? That’s a bit extensive for a $20 service. They will happily return your emails and cancel your service early. However, if you reach out to inquire about their cancellation fee (which they say they don’t have) they will stop responding to your messages. On top of that, they charge you a weekly service fee whether they show up or not — ie. Holidays they do not provide service, nor do they arrange for another day that week. Which is totally fine. But then they charge you double the following week, for the week they didn’t provide service. Horrible business practice. They know what they are doing. Very disappointed.

Unprofessional and unreliable company. The scooper doesn’t show most times and fails to notify when are in route to the property. They will falsely report that your pet was not secure so they have an excuse to cancel services when it’s likely because they have a high turnover rate. Also caught the scooper empty the waste in my trash and the neighbors trash on multiple occasions, but I was being charged an additional fee for the company to dispose of the waste.

I have been using Poop911 for the last several months and they have been great. My tech Adam was very thorough and professional. I no longer need the service, I had health issues and needed the extra help, but no longer do. But would reach back out in a heartbeat if I need help again in the future.

Awful ownership in Powell service area. Charged me for a service I did not receive. Met one of the technicians in the driveway and told them I did not need serviced and had been trying to contact them to decrease cleaning frequency for a week. Owner called and said I would be charged for “gas”, which was the full service amount. I told him I did not want to do business with his company anymore and he made up a BS charge of $100! They took me to collections for it! GO WITH POOP BUTLERS INSTEAD! They are always reliable and customer service is the best!
