I absolutely LOVE Platinum Scoops! They come every week to clean up after my two dogs, and it has been such a game changer for our yard. The owner, Todd, is so kind, professional, and personable — you can tell he really cares about his customers and their pets. My dogs are always so happy to see him, and it’s amazing having a clean, fresh yard for my kids to play in. It’s one of those services you don’t realize how much you need until you have it. I am very pleased with this service. I recently switched to Platinum Scoops after another service I was using suddenly shut down. The owner responded within the hour after my initial inquiry and set up service for the very next morning! They were very meticulous and my yard was 100% clean afterwards. They also send you a notification/reminder with the estimated arrival time which was a nice bonus. I will be using this service weekly going forward. I highly recommend for anybody who either needs a weekly service or just a one time pick up. With 3 dogs this is a huge help to me and well worth it!
