After a few months of decent service, K9 Poop Hunter suddenly stopped showing up three weeks ago. I’ve called, texted, and emailed multiple times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but received no response. One of their email addresses even bounced back, so I’m not sure if they went out of business. Even before this, their communication wasn’t great, so based on my experience, I can’t recommend them. If they’re still operating, they need to improve reliability and responsiveness.
