Absolutely one of the most frustrating and unprofessional encounters I’ve had with a supposed service provider. This person cannot back up what he says or produce the proof he claims to have. When asked to verify the agreement, instead of acting like an adult and clarifying, he immediately turned defensive and started whining. The level of immaturity was unbelievable—every question or request turned into an argument. It’s clear he doesn’t handle accountability well and has no sense of professionalism. If this is how he reacts to simple, reasonable questions, I can’t imagine trusting him with any serious job. Save yourself the headache and hire someone who actually understands how to treat customers with honesty and basic respect.

We have been with Happy Paws for years now and love how Tristen and his techs clear our yard of " landmines". They have worked with us when we needed to reschedule. Tristen is great owner and operator of his business, he cares about his customers and their furbabies. My boys love a clean yard to play in!

He is very professional and so are his employees. I have never had an issue with him nor their service. I’ve been using the service for about 3 to 4 years now comes every Friday and if he can’t make it, he always lets me know and they usually come out the next day.

Tristen is amazing to work with! Quick to respond and he and his team do good work. Highly recommend!!
