They also are clear and concise with their communication when they need to change my scheduled service day because of holidays etc... I've been using Doggie Patrol for over 7 years now. They always show up, and do a great job picking up after my 2 dogs. It's a small local business which I also like. I've never had to escalate anything to the owner because they are so dependable. Love them!

UPDATE - Doggie Patrol took care of our request and started hanging door tags on every visit - so helpful! Thank you for being such a great service provider for us over all these years! We have used Doggie Patrol for several years. They have been reliable and provided great service. The owner typically notifies us if a scooper has to reschedule from our normal days. There have been a couple of times when the scooper hasn't shown up. It would be great if they would leave a door hanger or sticky note on the door after they have scooped the yard to confirm they've been there (similar to when our pest control comes by). Other than that, it's a great service and worth the money!
