She lets us know when she is on her way, arrived, and sends us a photo of our closed gate upon completion. If there are any changes due to weather Kari lets you know right away. I've never had a service provide such amazing communication. She completes the job in a timely manner with thorough results as well. Plus my dogs love her! I spoke with Kari, the owner, on the phone, she was clear, responsive and upfront about pricing,services, and how to schedule, which i really appreciated. She was very on time, incredibly thorough, and take great care in her work even under freezing weather and a sudden rain. Her friendly attitude makes the service even better, and the pricing is very reasonable for the top-notch job they do. It’s such a relief to have a clean yard without the hassle because they will help you dispose all the waste . Called her, great conversation, pricing is great. Super personality, professional, communicates perfectly. And our dogs love the treats she leaves!
