We have had issues over the years with billing, agents arriving at 5 or 6 AM(!!!!!) and slamming his door -making our dogs bark & making us bad neighbors. Also, VERY expensive for our TINY yard and after years of serivice we all of the sudden receive two emails with invoices every month (though it is nice to have an invoice finally - two is excessive) so we are looking for a new service company.

Gave billing info when I signed up and all was fine. Suddenly get a call saying I owed for months of services. So I say I will inquire with my credit card and call back. Next day we get a call apologizing, there had been an error everything is ok. Two more months go by and now there are again calling saying I haven't paid. They have no way to pay online or manage account online and I'm wondering if they are just trying to scam extra off me. I will pay....again...one more time and cancel.. The service itself was fine.

DO NOT USE!!! First they did not do a very good job. We used them on a rental property between tenants. When I was doing expenses, I realized they had not charged me. I did the right thing, and I called them to say they hadn't charged me (even though they did a subpar job, I wanted to pay them for their time). The cost was ~$70. I received a charge several months later for ~$135. I called several times with all sorts of promises that the right person would call me back and they never did. I RARELY write reviews good or bad, but I am so frustrated with this company that I have to let others know not to use them.

I have been using this service for the past 6 years and have only good things to say about them. No issues with billing or service at any time.

We use Doody Calls when needed and they do an excellent job finding every single thing that needs to go! We have two dogs and I really appreciate the work they do.
