Awesome company. They always do a terrific job, my artificial turf looks as though it had just been laid. If you are looking for someone to pick up your doggy poop, look no further. Always on time, courteous, thorough, and very affordable. Sadly I retire out to Grand Bahamas in a couple of weeks. I am going to miss you guys.

They changed a person serve our yard, and missed the other half section of our yard. When I noticed that and called them, they said I need to report it within 24 hours after their service. Not cool! Not happy! The picture shows 2-3 days after their service. We only have one dog, and she cannot poops 8 in 2-3 days.

I've been with this service for 2 years and have recommended them to others who also continue to use them. They're very good with my yard-guarding dogs and I like that I recieve texts letting me know before they come and when they leave. The scoopers are friendly, approachable and respect your property.

We called to let them know that one of our community stations was being missed and had poop bags stacked up all around it now. Instead of working to resolve what had been a miscommunication from our neighborhood management team, the owner called angry that we “complained” and said they were doing everything they were obligated to do and wouldn’t empty it. Asked them to work with us to make sure it was emptied since it and another was overflowing and the owner got angry with us and canceled our service with less than a week’s notice. Now we have several stations overflowing with poop until we get the next company set up. Extremely unprofessional conduct from the owner. Owner’s response below is a great example of how he was defensive, angry, and not listening to what I was saying when we spoke. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but looks like that’s how he always is. Also, they require 30 days notice in writing to cancel service, but canceled on us with effectively 2 days notice and not in writing.
