**REVIEW HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO 3 STARS ON 9/3/2025** They were able to transfer me to a different service company to provide poop pickup for my dog, and it has been better service. The new company responds to emails timely, and has been very responsive. My understanding was Magic Unicorn's owner, or person handling the email was going through personal issues, which I completely respect, however, at that point and time, it should have been transitioned to another company to manage. Terrible service. Never answers emails or phone calls after initially contacting you to sign agreement. Doesn't show up as scheduled, then someone randomly shows up two times in one week. Beware of randoms coming to your house. This company doesn't follow rules or directions written in the description.
