POOP 911 Nashville

Edit: Within an hour of all of this management called me and essentially echoed my feelings without me prompting anything. The person that I had a problem with is new (very obviously new to customer service in general, in my opinion) and has been corrected. I consider this resolved. I've had this service for a few months. Until today I've been very happy with it. I received a text message stating they couldn't provide the service due to "the amount of snow" in my yard. Nearly all the snow in my yard is gone... When I challenged it the person said it was actually because the ground was frozen, they can't pick up the poop like that, and only at that point told me that I'm not being charged for the visit. If I can do it, the people I'm paying can also do it. I don't know their policies, that should be communicated upfront. I don't know if I'm being charged, that should be communicated upfront. Communication needs to be a priority. Period.

They did great on cleaning the yard. I will continue to use the service. Very professional. Came in and cleaned the yard and left like they were never there except no more poop.

Having 3 dogs it’s hard to keep up with keeping the yard clean along with everything else the rest of what a normal day brings. Being able to come home to a clean yard is priceless & they also have very reasonable prices 😉

Never thought I'd pay someone to pick up dog poop- then I got a Lab. 😂 I'm so thankful I found this company. Not only do they keep my yard free and clear, my dog absolutely adores every service person and they always have treats in hand and take time to play and pet him! We're so grateful for this service!

Poop 911 guy riding around my neighborhood this morning driving on the wrong side of the road. When I stopped in the road so we didn't wreck and honked my horn, I got the one finger wave. It was super classy and very professional.
