Shawn and Elise have been amazing and so friendly when it comes to ensuring my yard is clean! Having two large dogs, working full time, and a toddler running around there’s not enough time left in the day! This is one less item on the list needing to be done. They are very communicative when they are on the way, arrival, completion and a photo of the back gate locked for safety of my dogs! Thank you both.

Shawn and Elise are a godsend. I have two large dogs, and my partner and I both work fairly long hours. Having this service, and at such a reasonable cost, has truly taken a load off, no pun intended. I am able to more thoroughly enjoy my time in our yard, and less uptight and stressed about the kids coming in and out. We both have ADHD and this chore was always a struggle to keep up with. Upstate Scoopers really came in clutch. Shawn is always very punctual, respectful of our space, and extremely communicative. We get reminder texts and status updates so we remember our appointment (most of the time... sorry Shawn, we 💖 you!!!!) and know when he is on his way, arrives, and is finished. Couldn't be happier!

Upstate Scoopers has been an absolute dream to work with. I hired the service for my disabled father and I do not live in the area. They had no problem billing me while communicating with my father. They are always communicative letting my father know when they are coming and when they've left, and they do a thorough job. I cannot recommend them enough if you need pet waste removal!
