POOP 911 Columbia Metro

They were ok until they weren’t. So they had a couple techs over the 2ish years we used them. Jeremy always did the best job and was the most thorough at cleaning our yard. He spent probably 15 minutes each visit. He would be sick a lot but knowing Jeremy I never questioned it as I don’t think he was the healthiest but always did his job when he could. They got new techs and they would be at our house for 3-4 minutes each visit. I’d notice more and more not being picked up. For the price I never complained. One day a tech showed up with 2 others with him. I’m not sure if he was training them or what the deal was. We installed a screen door with a doggie door on our back door about 4 months prior to this day. They entered my backyard and my inside door was open allowing the dogs to freely enter the backyard via the dog door. Mind you I have 2 chihuahua mixes one being full grown at around 7lbs and the other on the heavier side about 20lbs but she’s also 12 years old. So I get a call stating my dogs ran the tech out of the yard being aggressive. I questioned the guy and said my dogs have never been called aggressive. He said well the tech did say they were small so it wasn’t like they were really scary. I said I’ve still never heard my dogs ever be called aggressive and we have people over almost every weekend. My small dog literally shakes with anxiety when you even look at her. He said yes since that happened we have to cancel your service and any future services. He said we can reactivate them but we will have to call everytime to verify your dogs are inside. I said excuse me? So instead of saying hey we had to skip your service for that day please make sure in the future your dogs are inside when the tech comes you completely cancel our service. He said yes sir the tech said the dogs were aggressive so we have to cancel all future services. I looked back at the cameras to see if my dogs ran the tech off. Upon looking I saw there were 3 individuals who entered my yard for my service. My dogs were startled and ran out barking because they’ve never seen 3 strangers enter the yard when we weren’t home. You’d think they’d give a heads up when they have that many individuals entering your yard for a service. My dogs weren’t aggressive they just were curious and barked from our patio. Use at your own risk they aren’t the best and their customer service sucks.

Dog poop recovery in yard is once a week but they get all of it not just the easiest to find! We are very happy with the consistency of the job they do as well. I recommend them to anyone that needs help picking up the poop !

Very professional, always texts me and lets me know when they will be arriving and again when the job is complete. Have been using their waste removal service for a little over a month and Jeremy is fantastic.

Great service and super communicative! They always let me know when they are on the way or if they have to reschedule (and when they will come next). Love this service and the staff!
