Diane and Ed are wonderful! I have been using their service for the past year with my doodle Penny and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They always show up as scheduled, follow any extra instructions I leave, and take excellent care of my girl. Penny can be a bit of a handful at times but Ed and Diane take wonderful care of her and give her lots of love. Highly recommend them!!

When I have traveled before I came home and Juba was so stressed out she was losing fur and not eating. I decided to try PetPros. I will never use another service! They took such wonderful care of Juba . Not only did they keep me informed of how Juba was doing and sending pictures when she started to not eat as much they figured out a way to get her to eat. When I got home, Juba was completely relaxed and eating normally. It was a wonderful experience for Juba and me.

I recently discovered ProPets of Hershey on the NextDoor app and partnered with them to care for Grey Goose while I was traveling two weeks. This was my first experience with a pet sitting service and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was! Diane & Ed sent me updates and photos every day and from these photos, I could easily tell Goose was just as pleased. He’s pretty selective about who he engages with and obviously hit it off quite well with ProPets. No more guilty conscience about leaving him behind. He was certainly well cared for! I am beyond impressed with their pet care services. I have 3 toy poodles, and due to one being quite old and sick, I do not feel comfortable boarding them and wanted the 3 of them to be able to stay at home. Ed and Diane did a wonderful job caring for them, and it was such a wonderful perk to be able to get photo and video updates so I could see how my babies were doing while I was gone. They went above and beyond and were able to help me with snow removal while I was gone so my girls had a place to go potty. I am so glad I found them and look forward to using them again next time I travel!
