This company has been working for me for a few months now. They have been pretty good and reliable. They cleaned my gravel and did a very good job. The ONLY negative I have to share is that they had accidentally missed a couple of spots, I found it a day after they came. When I shared this, the owner was pretty angry and shared a few choice words with me in a stressful text dialogue. I did not want to cancel their service, but he did!!! I told him that I was not complaining but wanted to have a dialogue. I was open to cleaning it up myself ... it was not a big deal. Things happen, and sometimes things are overlooked. I understand this. But I did not have a happy ending, unfortunately. He was very, very annoyed and made me understand this. None of us is perfect, but having a kind and open dialogue is important. Just as much as the work, the attitude is important too. So I will move on. Even though they are Great workers, however, be careful when you share a concern. They may not appreciate that. Thanks for your service. Good Luck to you. P.S. I saw this waste the next day. when I took my dog out. Not 30 hours later. It would be nice to have been able to just talk about it. Maybe you were having a bad day. I always appreciate good work, but I like a kind disposition even more.

Absolutely great company! I have tried other scooping services and have been left disappointed. Matthew was quick to respond and went above and beyond for us. Beyond impressed with what he did for my yard. I will be recommending them to any one who will listen. Their pricing is competitive and well worth the subscription. I am looking forward to continuing working with them. I can not thank Scoopters enough for helping me out with such a dirty job!

these guys are amazing, i don’t have time in a busy work day to come home and clean up after my dog and they have been great to work with i highly recommend them!

Scoopsters is awesome, no more arguing over who has to pick it up! We have a big dog and busy lives so we have them service our yard once a week! It was quick, easy, & affordable to get on-going service set up and they are always reliable, professional, and courteous. (Bane🐾 likes them too!)

I signed up for service and they came the same day! They did an excellent job and my dogs didn't even notice that he was here! The communication was timely and kind. They even send pictures to let you know the gate is closed! I had tried other poop businesses and wasnt impressed. I highly recommend them for anyone with pet poop needs!!
