Pet Butler

The lunatic driving this pickup swerved out of school dropoff traffic on Burnside nearly hitting me and forcing me to drive into the median. When I honked, the driver with a cliched mustache proceeded to aggressively tailgate and flip me off for several blocks. I pulled over to let them pass and snapped this photo of the plate and business. Don’t know why anyone would want to support this kind of nonsense.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! So so so bad... I can't even begin to explain here how bad our service has been. So many other options out there. Just don't do Pet Butler. You will regret it. We are in Lake Oswego.

The employees was so kind and patient with my dog and did a great job cleaning up.

I have never used this type of business before but I think it would be hard to stop using Pet Butler now that I know! Buffie is so great - my dogs look forward to seeing her and she always leave the yard looking great.

So frustrated with them!! I went through all the trouble to sign up, they came 3 times just fine and then the next week just didn't clean anything. After 30 minutes on the phone, they finally told me that they would be cancelling my service because it was against their policy to access my yard through the detached garage. Mind you, this is after they took out their initial cleaning fee (which quadruples the cost of the first visit) and they would not refund. I agreed to pay $10/visit for their promotion but it turned out to be $20. I signed up for this service to make my life easier, but it definitely would've been easier to just do it myself than deal with (and pay for) all of this.
