Their service completely transformed my experience as a dog owner. Not only were the rates incredibly reasonable, but their team was consistently reliable, courteous, and truly thoughtful. They never once let my dogs out accidentally—in fact, they even took a moment to play with them sometimes, which meant the world to me. I never had to worry about stepping in a surprise or a job half-done. The yard was always spotless. Having someone else handle the not-so-fun part of dog ownership gave me more freedom and joy with my dogs, and I can’t overstate how much that mattered. If you’re on the fence about hiring a poop service—do it. I wholeheartedly recommend Poop 911 Tulsa. Exceptional people, exceptional service.

Have been using for about a year and I am happy! They never leave the gate open which is the most important thing to us. The late spring/summertime visits are great and they never miss anything. The fall/winter visits are not as consistent because our tree has leaves that look similar to poo when on the ground and it can be easy to miss the actual poo. Overall would recommend!

Horrible!!!!!!!! I can not reach any human what so ever. They send me an email stating they are on the way. I have my daughter's put my dogs up, come home from work, for them to text me an hour later saying that no one is available to service my area when I have had plans. If I knew they were not coming I would have cleaned my yard myself on my day off. This is a horrible experience. I do not recommend them at all. I saw a truck in an apartment complex with there number on it. But I guess they dont work in tulsa. Huge let down. Major inconvenience. And very poor customer service!!!!

POOP911 is a great company! First and foremost they are very communicative. Always, let you know they are on their way, then get you are receipt soon after the job is done. Highly recommend them. Thank you!!
