The PU Crew - Pet Waste Removal

If I could give this company zero Stars I would they are horrible and providing service they're horrible at communication then they charge you for 8 months of service telling you that you never paid and then you tell them that they never showed up it was hit or miss horrible company never use them. All you get is excuse after excuse why they can't show up the rain the heat lack of employees I've told the owner that he provides a service and that maybe he should sell the company cuz he does not provide any service to any of his customers.

I love this company, the owners are so caring and professional. I feel like they love what they do and all of their customers. They make u feel like you are part of the family. Not to mention the love are care they have for our dog. My little girl love when they come to the house. Got to thank the owners for sure a great job. Well done PU Crew, we love u!!

We’d been with this company since 2018 with outstanding service up until this year. We are signed up to receive weekly service. Out of 46 serviceable weeks we had been serviced 27. From the 19 missed weeks 11 were no call no shows and 8 were “call offs”. I spoke with the owner Shaun in July after 4 missed weeks (no call no shows) and was promised 3-months credit and better communication. That lasted a whole 2-weeks. Then the August bill came around and no credit, I messaged Shaun, he apologized and said he would have the charge reversed. It never was. When September came around same thing, I messaged Shaun again, this time no response. We were serviced only 2-weeks each September and October. Now November was when I was finally fed up. We were billed yet again and by this time we hadn’t been serviced in over 5 weeks! I had made several attempts to call Shaun and his wife Sami to cancel service. To which the phone rang a dozen times or so and no voicemail to leave a message. So I text each Shaun and Sami l, as well as email to state that I would like services canceled effective immediately. Surprise I never received a response to any of my communications however I did stop receiving excuses as to why I wasn’t going to be serviced this week. That was November 21st, and my credit card is still being charged for service as of December 19th.

Sadly, my story is similar to many. We have been with the PU crew for years and all was well until the ownership change. Since October our service has been spotty with numerous no call no shows. To add insult to the situation, they continue to bill as if they have serviced us every week. The owners fail to communicate and we have to try and chase them down to find out what is happening. Their excuse is they are always short staffed and they state they will credit the bill which never happens. Service is cancelled as of today. I don’t see how this company stays in business.

I started with this company before the ownership change. Things were great. After the change, we started having missed services without even being alerted to it. There was never an offer to refund the money and often, even when services were rendered, it wasn't done well. This week, after two weeks without my weekly service, I was told that I'd be delayed yet another week due to forearm splints. That was the last straw and I canceled immediately. I would not recommend this company. I've gone to a competitor that got back to me right away and offers the same service for a better price. I gave several chances and hope that they can turn it around, but they won't be doing so on my dime.
