Keeps leaving behing poop. Some piles have turned grey and i had To clean them myself keep saying they're frozen to the ground. The first time he told my wife that I sent my wife a video of me moving this poop with a paper plate. Definatly wasnt frozen. 1 day he literally walk into my back yard and left within a minute I will spare ya the photos. Update. The special snow flake canceled service after seeing this and being called out for sloppy service. Because he takes his reputation seriously. Not serious eniugh to do what we paid him for tho. Too bad. He finally did a good and thorough Job after being called out. I was actually gonna take this down. But then he called my wife instead of me to complain abiut the review and cancel service so this stays also in response to scoop its response i can send you videos of the day you spoke to my wife when you sat in the driveway for 15 minutes and spent 60 seconds in my yard. You said the poop was frozen but i still have videos of me moving poop with a frozen plate. Sent them to my wife so they are time stamped. If you wanna see them contact me. Dont call my wife again. My son also states he witnessed on several occasions you never went to the back of the yard

Scoop it is the BEST! Professional, friendly, my dogs love him, well mostly. The one loves to bark at him. Haha. Brad has been taking care of my yard for a couple of years, I couldn’t imagine having any dogs without him! Brad and his services are instrumental to our yard clean up. Thank you for being awesome!!

We used Scoop-it to help with spring clean up from a long winter. Brad is very quick to respond and calls ahead when he’s heading to your property. Well worth the price! Will be recommending Brad and his business to family and friends!

Attempted to make arrangements in 2019 for a one-time cleanup. Phone call indicated services "should be" done on Thursday, but we would need to register online. Website scheduling was unclear. No confirmation of scheduled services. Had party lined up that weekend. Cancelled services on Tuesday (2 business day notice) and did it ourselves. Fast forward to this year, and contact business owner with 20 days' notice. Was turned away "due to last year's interaction". Could you imagine if you were banned from a veterinarian office, pet salon, or numerous other dog services for cancelling two days in advance? Shame. Poor relationship-building. Business must be booming for Scoop-It because I could not imagine turning away customers as it looks like the economy is staring at a potential recession. These kinds of non-essential services are the first to get cut out of personal budgets during hard times.
