POOP 911 Northwest Columbus

I'm very disappointed with this company. I had been using them for a while and then one day they decided to stop coming. I'd get a notification saying that someone was on their way and I'd sit outside and wait. No one would show up even though I'd get a text that they were there. After several weeks of this, they contact me saying I had a balance due for service that hadn't been happening. My backyard had not been touched. Said that I had to pay over a hundred dollars. Not only this but there is surveillance video of the days they were supposed to come and didn't... still made me pay. I just assumed that if no one came, I wasn't getting charged. that's why I didn't contact anyone. I was also away for two months at some point and my house sitter said they did not see anyone come.

I'd advise against using this company, I had been with them for a while until I noticed that I would receive texts alerting me that they were on the way yet they never came. After checking my balance, it also appears that they had been charging me for work that they did not perform.

Have had POOP 911 service for 2 weeks now. They come early, clean up thoroughly after our two dogs, and close the gate after themselves. Everything you could want. Price is reasonable. Good service, good value.

It was easy to sign up to get the process started. The price was so reasonable particularly since we have 3 dogs.Notified us when they were coming and after they left.

I have only had the service for 3 weeks but what a great 3 weeks it has been! Timely and affordable service. I don’t have the dread of remembering to do it when I am brain dead after work. Definitely have told all my dog owning friends.
