We have been using this service for 2 years now and it is incredible. Bob is super friendly, does a great job, and my dogs absolutely love him.

Inconsistent service. A few times poop was still left. There was always excuses as to why. The person also here was always extremely quick and clearly didn’t take care in the job. Frustrating when you pay! Now I’m trying to cancel and they won’t reply… Replying to their recent reply - the sprinklers were on and the tech just didn’t pick up poop and was not going to say anything to me until I called and asked why. He was always on his phone and even when there were no sprinklers he still missed spots. I asked about goose poop at the very beginning as I didn’t know not sure why that’s being used against me. Try taking accountability rather than blaming the customer? Lastly I never once spoke to a manager I never was called back I only spoke to the servicer so that’s a lie

The service itself is good. Problem is with communication with the main service. They never have returned any messages I have left. I wanted twice a week pickup and thought it was all set up only to find it can only be done once a week. So I am probably going to look for another service that can take care of our needs. I will say that the techs are wonderful and thorough and do a great job.
