Andrew is absolutely wonderful - I would recommend him to anyone! He provides a heads up before he arrives, cleans very thoroughly, wears a high-vis vest so you don’t accidentally let the dogs out with him in the yard, and sends a photo to prove that he’s locked up afterwards. 5 stars!

The service provided by Andrew saves us so much time! It's one less thing we have to worry about. We have small children at home, so knowing my yard will be picked up weekly gives me peace of mind for the times we don't pick up the waste or the ones we miss with our busy schedule.

When Ohio Pet Waste Management came out to our house for the first time, I'll be honest, I was very skeptical. They texted at 4:45 that they would be there within 10 minutes. I brought our dog in and texted back asking them to use a specific gate. That number didn't take texts, so I tried 2 others I had. I didn't get a response, but they did use the correct gate. At 5:04 I got an email saying that they were finished and there were pictures of the closed gate. I thought there was no possible way they had cleaned up 3 years of poop in 15 minutes, at most. The next day when I walked the yard, there was one pile, which was obviously from that day. The second time they came, my dad was sitting on our back deck and kinda watched. He was really impressed with their grid pattern they used to ensure they found everything. I used to dread walking in our yard, it was so full of poop, but not anymore. If you can afford it, Ohio Pet Waste Management is worth every penny!!!
