My Yard Buddy (Pet Waste Removal)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner, Otis, treated my mom with COMPLETE DISRESPECT when her attempt at purchasing a gift card for my husband and I did not work twice. He acted like it was her fault that it wouldn't go through PayPal when it was clearly a problem on his end. Here is his email back to my mom, word for word, after she attempted to send payment a second time: "No it still doesnt work and now i have to call paypal again and do this whole stupid process again.!!!!!!! what kind of person are you that you would do this. So as of now after this return im done dealing with you. dont contact my business again. Ill deal with you daughter but not you. I hope ive made myself clear!!" SO UNPROFESSIONAL. The only reason I put 1 star was because this made me, he has ZERO stars from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am very happy with the service I get from My Yard Buddy. I like the owner Otis. He is very kind. He is dependable. He comes on the weekend to service my yard. If a holiday falls on the weekend he comes on Monday. I have no complaints.
