POOP 911 Greater Charlotte

Had this service every week for nearly 5 years. Somehow a payment got missed for whatever reason (they have my credit card on file). They never notified me but instead sent me to collections over $15. You have lost the potential annual revenue of nearly $1000 dollars rather than notifying the customer of a missed $15. Your poor business sense is stunning. I’m taking my $1000 a year elsewhere.

Poop911 is great! I absolutely hate having to pick up poop, along with all of my other yard work. Poop911 saves me time so that I can enjoy my life. 😊

My husband and I have been using them for years. They’re consistent, reliable and do a good job. It’s always the same person that comes out. I would recommend them for your dog waste cleanup needs.

Mark’s team is super reliable. I love knowing that everything will be cleaned up once a week, like clockwork. They’re very accommodating if I’m out of town. They’re also really thorough—and even know my dogs’ habits, so they know where to look in addition to just walking the yard. I have been happy since day 1, which I think is about 5 years ago!

POOP 911 has been our yard service provider for years and we couldn’t be happier with the way their service has been! They’re always on time, rain or shine, they provide email service letting you know they’re on their way, and the techs never forget to shut the gate (which obviously is very important!). They’ve been a great service since day 1!
