Oh Crap NC - Raleigh Pooper Scooper

This was my first time receiving service from Oh Crap. Marlon was on time and cleaned everything out of the yard nicely. I like that I received a picture of my closed gate when he left so I did not have to worry about my dog getting out. I am well pleased and looking forward to service this week.

Service was done well with no issues. Great communication from service tech and company. Backyard smells much better and dogs are protected from spreading germs to each other and in the house.

Trust me when I say, you NEED this service, and this specific team helping you with your dog waste removal needs! My experience has been a 10/10. It’s not only a great service to have, but they are very reasonably priced!! The setup process with Ken was very easy and seamless. I experienced great customer service with Ken (who assisted me with setting up our reoccurring services on MWF) and Anthony the technician that came to our house. I can tell that Anthony and the entire team is very detailed, reliable, efficient, and effective. In addition to dog waste removal, I also opted for the deodorizing and disinfectant spray, which is super affordable and fairly priced, plus helps so much with the smell of pet urine or dog waste. And lastly, I opted to have our dog waste removal taken away from our property. That’s a huge help to have that as an option and again fairly priced. Thank you to the Oh Crap NC team! 🙏

Ken was super responsive and knowledgeable. His prices are more than fair and they made it easy to set up an appointment and get started. Our backyard was cleaned today very thoroughly and smells even better after the deodorization process.
