"OLD SCHOOL" CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had an issue in my backyard for several years now due to my large Dobermans that PAWTROL my property. I've had a few crews out to my house for estimates but on more than one occasion I was refused service and even threatened with legal action if I ever contacted the company again. These companies accused me of housing various exotic animals in my backyard due to the amount and type of faeces in my yard. Unprofessional. Not Mountain Dog Scoopers. Max and his team did a phenomenal job with my yard (approximately .80 acres). Max and one smaller very tan man showed up on-time and in clean, nicely-fitting uniforms. It was spotless after they left, and there were plenty of piles to be cleaned. Photo for reference. They cleaned up by my estimate 160lbs of dog manure in a little less than 45 minutes. Max could not have been more pleasant to deal with. I did find a 2L bottle of Mountain Dew on the property but I suspect that to have been left by my neighbors teenage son Rodney. Overall great experience and I would absolutely use MDS again. Thanks!
