Great customer service that provided friendly and helpful reminders for scheduled cleanup. I'm happy our dogs, family and guests have a clean yard to relax and enjoy with no worries of uncleanliness and buildup.

For a convenience service, they are not very convenient. The actual cleaning is fine but it’s dog poop so it’s not that serious. They charge fees other companies do not. I kept getting multiple emails and text messages about the tech showing up which was just too much information but when an invoice was due the billing wasn’t alerted. I asked to be set up on autopay but they never did it and I was charged late fees per day when I didn’t receive an invoice or a message (despite the massive amount about when the tech would be coming). They just let the fees build despite me asking to be put on autopay so that it wouldn’t happen and then wouldn’t reach out with the invoice. It was just all too ridiculously convoluted and complicated for a convenience service. I switched to a different company and they come, clean up, and charge my credit card on file when they leave and it’s actually straightforward and convenient. I’d avoid this company, there are better options if you want something easy, pain-free, and there are cheaper options available without the additional fees they charge.

Very professional and friendly. The tech even play with the dogs. I'm glad I can have someone clean the mess in the yard.
