Be careful! Had them for 4 months, requested they switch my service day which they could not do. I cancelled the service, they owed me one prepaid week which they refused to provide. They quoted the multi page service agreement saying I was 4 days late in communicating the cancellation and per the agreement I should have pays for an additional month. Good luck with that. The woman who came weekly was wonderful, we loved her. Petty, poor customer service. Your reply is inaccurate. Sherry did alert us of her arrival via text but never explained she was there to fulfill the October month visit I had paid in advance. I informed of the situation, to which she replied “best Wishes.” I understood perfectly you could not accomodate my requested service date, I was not frustrated by this, but did seek alternative service. I paid you every month in advance and on time. You owed me a visit and refused service. You never communicated that you had reversed your decision. You could easily have let me know. And please, a multi page agreement for pet waste removal service? The purchase offer for my home was less complicated.

I have used Carolina Pooper Scoopers for 3 years and they are very dependable. They do an excellent job cleaning the yard and bring excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Jim & team are awesome! First of all very thorough with cleaning up the yard. But they always tell me when they are on their way, this goes a long way. If we ever get dogs again, I’ll be back in a heartbeat!

Communication was prompt and pleasant with company and they scheduled an appt for me right away! Their employee who came out was extremely courteous and polite (a big deal to me) he did a great job! I must mention we had had torrential rain and I have a Great Dane!!! So I am not an easy customer. I would definitely recommend this company.

Have used them for many many years and they show up every week and do an awesome job. They even give you a heads up if your dog has poop that isn't normal so you know if your dog is having health issues. Nice touch! Highly recommended.
