I have been using this service for at least the last 6 years (but probably longer) and I have to tell you it is my favorite convenience service that I've ever spent money on. Who wants to spend a perfectly nice day or a yucky day for that matter being outside shoveling after the dog? Especially if you have a big dog like me! I have always experienced excellent customer service and I find the pricing very reasonable. There have been times where I have had a special event coming up and Michelle and Jim are always so accommodating if I ask them to come on a different day than my regularly scheduled service. If they can do something for you, they will! I love that it is a locally family owned and operated business. Wonderful people and wonderful service. Even if you don't sign up for the weekly or monthly service, I think the spring cleanup is just a brilliant service and worth every cent. There are great little extras as well like how they leave treats for your dog each time they come and that if it looks like there is something wrong with your dog's doo they will alert you and keep a sample for you to provide to the vet. They will come rain or shine, even in the dead of winter if it's not a danger to them trying to access the yard. You don't have to worry if they can't get everything on a particular visit due to weather because you can be completely assured that they will get every little speck left behind the next time they can access it. I'm such a huge fan of Doody Master and know that if you sign up with them, you will be too!

I have used Doody Master for about 17 years, since I moved to Rochester. They have been completely reliable. They do a great job on cleaning up my yard with the leavings of four dogs. I have very friendly dogs, and if they happen to be in the yard, it does not stop them from coming in and cleaning. I don’t know what I would without them. Before them I didn’t clean the yard as frequently as I should have. Now I never have to worry about it.

Michelle and Doody Master are one of the best decisions we have made for our family and home. She is diligent, professional and has a great attention to detail. I like that she tests a sample each week for any parasites. It's very reassuring. My kids love their little treat from her each week; it's a very nice touch:)

We just started with Doody Master last month for a spring clean and weekly service. I am already incredibly impressed. They are responsive, attentive and do an amazing job! Sadly we lost one our dogs just before services started. Michele sent a very sweet condolence card. They get five stars from me.
