Several great points: 1: prompt service, I was put right into the schedule and my yard was serviced in 2 days time. 2: thorough clean up. I viewed my camera footage to see the Tech go over my yard in 4 full sweeps front to back. Nothing was missed, very professional. 3: the tech was the 1st person to ever secure and lock my gate, I have to fight with my landscaper to properly close my gate never mind to remember to lock it. 4: excellent communication when completed. So far I am very impressed with Doody Calls and I recommend anyone who needs pet waste cleanup to hire them.

Lauren was amazing to talk to and book our appointment. She had by the best prices around. Even though I was embarrassed of the mess we had, she reassured me it would be fine. Jeff did a great and quick job of cleaning up all the mess. He also reassured me that it was not the worst he has seen. Super amazing service! I highly suggest booking with them!

Jeff and his wife are the best!! excellent work and customer service! I get a text when they are on their way and a picture of the locked gate after every visit… there was a time i got so busy and completely forgot he was there while i let my 4 dogs outside and immediately i realized and started apologizing to him he was so understanding!

Jeff always does an amazing job! He thoroughly checks the yard and removes any dog poop and rabbit poop as well. He is very friendly and respectful. He sanitizes all equipment before and after he leaves. He sends a text to let you know approximately what time he will be coming that day and always sends a picture of our gate closed when he leaves. We are so glad we found him. I would highly recommend his services!

Jeff & Lauren of Doody Calls are awesome! They have great communication - letting me know when they are expected to arrive… they let me know if they identify anything different with my dogs droppings (something that could indicate illness) and communicate when they have completed the clean up. They put me at ease with photos of my closed gates and always have smiles on their faces. They are consistent and thorough with their service! One time Jeff notified me that my dogs stool was not looking right - she ended up being extremely dehydrated and needed fluids at the vet. He shared his feedback and sent well wishes for my dog. The last company I used was impossible to get a hold of or make changes to a scheduled clean up… Jeff and Lauren are always accommodating and respond quickly! I highly recommend Doody Calls! It’s a crappy job… but someone has to do it and they are the best!
