Super reliable & affordable! Comes every scheduled day. Cris (owner) was super nice & it was very easy to schedule a service. Just need to know how many dogs, how big the yard is & even worked around when I get my lawn cut in the summer. 10 outta 10 would recommend!
They did well for a while...missed some waste once in a while. My normal pick up is on Thursday between 6:30 and 7:30 am. In the past if they had an issue with picking up they would contact me to do a different day. My granddaughters were on vacation this week and were staying at our house for a couple of days. I contacted them around 7 am on my pick up day and Cris informed me they would not be coming because of the unsafe weather conditions....NOT ONE SNOW FLAKE HAD YET FALLEN. I explained we had our granddaughters and the disappointment of not being able to ply in the snow. He told me it should have been obvious to me he wasn’t coming. He told me he has no idea when I have my granddaughters or not and to look for places before the snow fell so we could figure out where to play and that he was not going to send someone for half an hour to do my clean up. This is the main reason we pay for this service. Very disappointed...would not recommend them.
