Poo Patrol - Dog & Pet Waste Removal Services

Poop patrol Long Island has not always been reliable with coming on scheduled days. They also don't provide "on the way" messages as promised. I used them for over a year and ended their services when they didn't show up one day and I was charged for the service. I text messaged the owner twice, asking if they'll come or reimburse me and no reply. I sent three emails, he replied to the portion of my email saying we will no longer use them but ignored my request for a refund on their no show. I also cleaned my yard four days after one of their scheduled days and picked up four bags of old poop that was missed. I do not recommend using their services.

5 stars for these guys! I started using this service almost a year ago and I couldn’t be happier! They are reasonably priced and do a great job. They always come on the day they say they are coming and send a text 10-15 minutes before they arrive which is great in case the dog is out in the back I can get him inside. Confirming appointments and payment is so easy! They are friendly and accommodating!

Such a great service. They clean up well, always on schedule, priced well, and they close all the gates (if you have big dogs you understand this struggle). I never have to worry about anything and feel so much more at ease letting the kids go outside and play. Were able to enjoy the backyard so much more and really appreciate the convenience.

Eric is highly professional and easy to deal with. The sign up process was simple and can all be done from a smart phone. Reasonable pricing and no contracts! I will get a better idea of how thorough the staff is once the snow finally fully melts in my yard! Would definitely recommend thus far!

I can’t speak highly enough about Erik and his service. He genuinely cares for pets and customers alike, which truly sets him apart from the rest. He always arrives around the same time every week and leaves my yard spotless despite the 3 dogs. He’s gone above and beyond many times. He once called to let me know he noticed there was a wasps nest on my house. He far exceeded my expectations with the service and I highly recommend this service to any pet owner looking for a reliable, top-notch solution to keeping their yard clean and enjoyable for both pets and family.
