We are a multi-household Thumping Tails user! Thumping Tails supports our family by taking such good care of our animal companions so we don't ever have to worry! Several of the Thumping Tails team members have been our consistent dog walkers- even though our schedule constantly changes. They are patient and persistent, as one of our dogs can be reactive or afraid of leaving the house with someone new. They follow the instructions we leave, which can be complicated. They always go that extra step- taking care to share about our dogs' experiences with them. We love their notes and their photographs of our dogs on their walks. We can't say enough about our experiences with Thumping Tails. One even braved petting one of our cats- who is lovely, but tends to bite when pet. When we received the photo, we were shocked LOL. These are really good people who take excellent care of animals and who also make sure your home is safe and secure when they leave. We are 100% confident in recommending Thumping Tails and that you'll be really glad to add them to your support team!

Thumping Tails is the best! Always so accommodating and our girl, Cali loves her team. Her and Kelsey have a special bond, as well as all of the other walkers that fill in are awesome! We know our girl is in good hands and that’s all that matters!

Amazing dog walking service!! Highly recommend them! Mike, the owner, is a very responsive, kind, and helpful. He very patiently answered all my questions regarding his services and made me very confident that my dog would be in good hands. All of my dog's walkers have been outstanding, and my dog definitely looks forward to his mid-day walk! After every walk, I get a message from the dog walk that includes cute photos of my dog. The backend of ensuring services when requested was very streamlined, and I never needed to worry about lack of coverage! Overall, Thumping tails is a very responsible, caring, and reliable dog walking service that I would highly recommend to anyone who are in need of their services!!! :)

Thumping Tails is a great service. We have two dogs, one special needs and the other one very shy. The people from Thumping Tails were great with both, providing us with photos after every visit and letting us know both dogs were happy and safe. The owner went above and beyond in helping schedule last minute services as well. Highly highly recommended.
